Yoga
Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class where you can experience the benefits of yoga in the peacefulness of the dome. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the practice, helping you build strength, increase mobility and flexibility, improve focus and cultivate calm. At our studio, you'll be welcomed by a supportive community and encouraged to explore yoga at your own pace, regardless of your experience level. You can join a group class, or book a private class for a more personalised experience.
Slow Flow
The Slow Flow class is a dedicated hour for us to move beyond the boundaries of the mind and reunite with the present state of being. Throughout the class we invite everyone to breathe with awareness and open their body through a series of static postures, movement in repetition and final stillness - a full body-mind practice that increases flexibility, builds stability, improves balance and free’s our internal energy system to function and flow with ease. A great class for all levels!
Energising Flow
Move to the rhythm of your breathing to open and energise your whole body. As the mind focusses on the movements, this becomes a really beautiful moving meditation and an opportunity to let go and drop into the present. Leave feeling invigorated. All levels very welcome however, if you're brand new to yoga, you might enjoy starting with slow flow to get a feel for the different movements.
Restore
This is a deeply nourishing class and restorative class. Movements are slow and gentle. You'll use blankets and bolsters to support your body in different poses so that you can rest into them for a few minutes. This gives your body and mind the opportunity to deeply relax. Breathwork and meditation may also be included in these classes. All levels welcome. Suitable for beginners.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to advance your practice, our private classes are the perfect way to take your practice to the next level.

Lochside Sauna
Lochside Sauna
Completely hand-built, our sauna lives on the shores of Loch Fyne and holds up to 16 people. Amazing in any weather. Watch the storms through the windows. Enjoy some hot + cold therapy by jumping in the sea or the freshwater plunge pool.
We promise you will leave feeling incredible.
Bookings are required for sauna use.
Sauna Sessions
We run the sauna regularly and open it up for drop ins.
These sessions are £17/person.
Private Sauna Hire
You and your guests will have exclusive use of the sauna for up to three hours, making it the perfect setting for a couples’ retreat, group gathering, or family celebration. Local rates are available., contact us if you live in the area. For groups of 10 or less, the rate is £110. For groups of 10+ people, please contact us for rates
Day Retreats
You'll arrive on the farm, with stunning views of Loch Fyne, you can take a big exhale... you've arrived. For the rest of the day, you simply get to relax in the flow of the day. We've taken care of it all. We have curated a nourishing, restorative day that includes yoga, connection with nature, sauna time, local home-made food, and space to reconnect with yourself. We absolutely love hosting these retreats! Come with a friend, a loved one, or retreat solo. We guarantee you'll leave feeling renewed. Each retreat varies slightly and follows the cues of the season.

Online Studio
Practice yoga from the comfort of your own home with our online studio. Your membership includes access to our popular 'Morning Movement' classes - 20 minutes of movement, 3 mornings a week. These classes are streamed live on Zoom at 7am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and you can access the replays at your convenience. With our online library of classes of various lengths and styles, you'll have everything you need to develop your practice at home.
