A day to relax and reconnect.
The Details
If summer has been full, busy, and high energy - then this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect by immersing yourself in nature and getting a bit more grounded for the coming months. The day will consist of two yoga practices - the morning session will be a slow, steady, hatha style practice that will leave you feeling both strong and relaxed. The afternoon session will be restorative, leaving you feeling completely nourished. We’ll also enjoy some hot/cold therapy using the lochside sauna and our wild swim guide, Dan, will guide you through breathwork and a gentle cold water entry that will help you love being in the sea! And then you'll get a good warm up in the sauna and can repeat the hot/cold as much as you like! Your day also included meditative river walk, and delicious, seasonal food. A day to truly relax. Schedule: (subject to shift and evolve as the day unfolds) 9:00-9:30 - Arrival 9:30 - 10:30 - Grounding + Gently Energising Yoga Practice 10:30 - Light snack 11am - Sauna + guiding cold water entry into the sea 1:30pm Lunch 2:30 - 3pm - Meditative river walk 3 - 4:30 -Restorative yoga 4:30 - Tea, snack + goodbyes
