Take 20 minutes at the start of your day to move, breath, and reconnect. These practices are suitable for all levels and will be a combination of stretching + strengthening. Through the course of the month, we will systematically work through the whole body, unwinding tension and building strength. This is the perfect start to your day!
We'll meet online via zoom Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 7am.
