Morning Movement Online - May

The Details

Take 20 minutes at the start of your day to move, breath, and reconnect. These practices are suitable for all levels and will be a combination of stretching + strengthening. Through the course of the month, we will systematically work through the whole body, unwinding tension and building strength. This is the perfect start to your day! We'll meet online via zoom Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 7am. Come as you are! You will also have access to our weekly Sunday Stillness class! This is a 30 minute class on Sunday Mornings at 9am that will focus on meditation. Replays will be emailed out following each class.
