The Details

A gentle, foundational approach to yoga where we'll move through simple poses, designed to stretch and strengthen. We'll build week by week through the course of the month, leaving you feeling more confident to practice yoga on your own or in group classes. A great class for relaxation, helping with general aches and pains, and injury prevention. All levels very welcome - great for beginners!
