Saturday, March 22 10am - 4:30pm In this introductory workshop, we will be working with so-called brown willow, which means it’s been dried with the bark on and then re-soaked for use. There will be different varieties of willow, both from Argyll and from England. Your knowledgeable host, Tobias, will share a few examples of what you can create, and then will work with you to help you bring it to life. This small group will allow for plenty of time for individualised instruction. There will be a break for a delicious catered lunch, as well as afternoon cake with coffee/tea. Tools will be provided, but if you have a sharp knife (preferably not a Stanley) and secateurs, please bring them along!
