The Details
Late summer carries a golden, reflective energy ~ a time to gather the harvest of the season and begin to soften into autumn’s slower rhythm. This retreat begins with grounding, gently energising yoga to reconnect with body and breath. A hill walk through sun-warmed landscapes follows, bringing presence and connection to the changing season. We share a nourishing summer lunch before the afternoon invites restorative contrast with sea plunges and the warmth of the lochside sauna.
