High summer is a season of fullness—long, golden days, flourishing landscapes, and an invitation to bask in abundance. Yet with its outward energy also comes the need to pause and replenish. This retreat offers a balance of vitality and rest: we begin with energising yoga and breathwork to celebrate summer’s brightness, followed by a hill walk to soak in the season’s warmth and beauty. A nourishing summer lunch sustains and restores, before the afternoon brings playful refreshment with sea plunges and the deep heat of the lochside sauna.
