This beginner-friendly series introduces the essential postures, breathwork, and alignment principles of yoga in a structured, progressive way—helping you develop strength, mobility, and confidence on the mat. Each class builds on the last, giving you a solid foundation for a sustainable practice. Whether you're brand new or looking to refine the basics, this series will support you in moving with awareness, breathing with ease, and cultivating a practice that meets you where you are. Step onto the mat and begin your journey. This series will run on Mondays at 5:30, starting on April 21st - May 26th (breaking for the bank holiday on May 5th).
