The Details

In this All Levels Yoga class, we tend to change it up each week! We'll always have a focus on stretching and gently strengthening but sometimes it will be a bit more energising, sometimes a bit slower and restorative, and sometimes we throw in some myofascial release techniques too. But, we can promise that you will always leave feeling good :) This class is suitable for both those who are brand new to yoga and very experienced yogis, and everyone in between. We always tailor the class to those who come. Hope to see you on the mat!
