All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk. If you have any reservations regarding sauna use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems, the use of prescription drugs or pregnancy, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking. By signing this waiver you understand the risks and have consulted any necessary medical professionals. You understand and take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Alcohol, nudity and smoking are not permitted in the sauna. Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.

Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. This includes:

Sauna sessions of no longer than 30 min at a time

Drinking plenty of water before, during, and after sauna session

Following instructions on how to pour water onto hot rocks​

Entering and exiting sauna in safe manner

Keeping access points clear to allow other users to exit safely and swiftly if needed

Exit immediately if you feel nausea, dizzy, or uncomfortable
All persons using the sea as a 'cold plunge' do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures and varying conditions of the sea. The entry to the sea is rocky and can be slippery. It is strongly recommended to wear water shoes in.

All persons using the cold plunge pool do so at their own risk. Ensure you're taking care as you walk on the boardwalk as it may be slippery.
Anyone under the age of 16 using the sauna must be accompanied by an adult.
If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use, as well as making others aware of what to bring and other useful information.
West Coast Wellness reserves the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
