This Slow Flow practice is gently energising, waking up through our legs, hips, and pelvis. A great practice for all levels that will feel good in your body any time of day!

Slow + Grounding - Legs Focus
This is a slower paced practice where we focus on opening and gently strengthening through the legs. We'll start laying down with a few restorative poses. We'll then wake the body up a bit with some deep lunges and quad openers. And of course, we'll finish with some sweet relaxation. A great practice if you have tight, stiff legs, are an athlete, and/or you spend the day on your feet. Enjoy!

Hip Opening Slow Flow
This is a slow flow practice with the focus on opening through the hips and pelvis. We'll move through a few lunge variations, pigeon pose, and some seated hip openers. The pace of this practice is slower, so you can enjoy some deep opening. This practice will leave your body feeling so good.

Root to Rise | Slow Flow
A gently energising slow flow practice to stretch and strengthen the whole body. We'll slowly work through some sun salutations, plus some lunges, warrior, and hip openers, before settling into a nice relaxation. A great anytime practice!
