Slow + Grounding - Legs Focus
This is a slower paced practice where we focus on opening and gently strengthening through the legs. We'll start laying down with a few restorative poses. We'll then wake the body up a bit with some deep lunges and quad openers. And of course, we'll finish with some sweet relaxation.
A great practice if you have tight, stiff legs, are an athlete, and/or you spend the day on your feet.
