A series dedicated + designed for the mamas! Much like our morning movement series, these are short, 20 minute practices, that are designed to fit in the flow of your day. And while these practices are open to anyone, we will focus on the needs of mum bodies + minds such as shoulder/back stretches, light strength building, stress release, relaxation. 

Classes will be a combination of movement, breathwork, and meditation. There will be a variety of stronger movements, gentle stretches, functional movement and techniques to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind. 

If you sign up for the series, you'll receive 3 practices/week. 

The first will be Monday mornings, live on zoom at 9:30am GMT, which will be a nice way to see other mamas and feel some community support. Babes/children/chaos very welcome!

On Wednesday and Friday morning, you'll receive a pre-recorded practice to enjoy whenever suits!

*If you're early postpartum, please ensure you've been cleared by your healthcare practitioner to begin gentle movement
