Join Hailey + Rosie for 7 days of movement, meditation, and mindful eating to help you move into the new season with clarity and ease. This is the first in a series of seasonal offerings. It is a one week seasonal reset designed the revitalise body, mind, and soul. If we follow nature's cues, spring is a beautiful time to slowly start to get our energy back, to clear out any stagnation from the winter and move towards summer with more life and vibrancy. You'll receive a movement practice (video) for each morning and an audio guided meditation for each evening, to create your own week of wellness. The movement practices are a mostly yoga based. They'll start slow and grounding and build through the week. Towards the end of the week, we've included a couple of strength based toning classes to help really get the energy moving. These practices are designed to fit into the flow of your day. The movement practices are all about 20 minutes and the meditations are each 10-20 minutes. We hope this helps make it simple to establish consistency and commitment. As well, you will receive a Holistic Nutrition Support Guide to inspire you in eating nourishing foods in alignment with the season. This is designed to be a 7 day program, however, you'll have access to everything until the end of June. Flow with the practices however suits you best, repeat the ones you love (or maybe the ones you don't!) We're always available through email for support along the way. Enjoy!
