The Winter Reset

December 11 - 21st

20 minutes/day


We've designed these series to align with the flow of nature, using movement + meditation to attune to our own inner nature. As we move toward the winter solstice, let's follow nature's cues to slow down, turn inward, and kindle our own inner light. 

This can be especially challenging through the demands of the busy holiday season.

However, these are shorter practices, about 20 minutes each, that can hopefully fit into the flow of your day. 

As we approach the end of the year, this is a beautiful time to come home to ourselves and feel into what we want to release, and what we want to give energy to in the year ahead. 

The practices will be a combination of slow flow, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation. 

We'll begin LIVE on zoom together on Sunday, December 11th at 3pm (UK time).

From December 12-20th, you'll receive a recording each day, to practice with on your own time. 

We'll meet again LIVE on zoom on Wednesday, December 21st at 5:30pm (UK time) to close the series together on Winter Solstice. 

All of the practices will be around 20 minutes. 

Links to the zoom practices will be emailed out immediately following the class, if you can't make it live. 

All levels are very welcome.
