The Details
The equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark, a threshold into growth and renewal. This retreat channels spring’s fresh energy by starting with a gently energising yoga practice to awaken body and mind, before pausing for a light seasonal snack. We then move into the warmth of the lochside sauna and refreshing clarity of cold-water immersion, aligning with spring’s vibrant awakening. A nourishing lunch celebrates the fresh flavours of the season.
