In Slow Flow, we tend to move (you guessed it!) slower :) We generally ease more gently into the practise and then work with holding the poses for a few breaths, or longer. This gives you time to really explore the poses safely and work with developing steady breathing, which creates a meditative quality. This a great class for any level of yogi, and beginners are very welcome.
