The Details
By April, the farm is alive with blossoms, birdsongs, and longer days. This retreat celebrates emergence and renewal, inviting you to open into the energy of spring. We begin with a gently energising yoga practice to awaken the body and clear space for growth, followed by a light seasonal snack. The warmth of the sauna and the refreshing clarity of cold-water immersion reflect spring’s vitality and playfulness.
