Prenatal Yoga


Yoga offers many benefits during pregnancy including alleviating physical discomfort, reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and preparing body and mind for labour and delivery. This series is designed to support mothers-to-be on their individual pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth. The sequences are designed to target areas of the body that are commonly uncomfortable during pregnancy, while preparing mamas for labour by building strength, mental endurance, and breath awareness. This series consists of three classes, suitable for any stage of pregnancy, that range from 33 - 47 minutes. You'll have unlimited access to the classes, to return to as many times as you like.
