A day to reconnect.
The Details
We’ll follow nature’s cue to slow down and turn inward, kindling our own inner light. We’ll move through a gentle yoga practice that will incorporate myofascial release techniques and self massage. We’ll follow this with breathwork, meditation, to help us refine where we want to focus our energy for the year ahead. Following a seasonal lunch, we’ll walk down to the sea (about a 20 minute walk) and our swim guide, Dan, will share his breathing techniques and mindfully guide us into the water. A beautiful practice to help move through and release anything that is no longer needed. We’ll relax in the sauna and then finish the day with a restorative practice and deep, guided relaxation. The perfect start to the new year. All levels very welcome. Schedule: 9:30 - 10 ~ Arrival, have a cup of tea, relax 10 - 12pm ~ Yoga, breathwork, meditation 12- 1pm ~ Seasonal, delicious lunch 1:30 - 3pm ~ Hot/cold therapy at the lochside sauna 3 - 4pm ~ Guided relaxation and meditation 4 - 4:30pm ~ Tea and departure
