Swim Session with Dan The Merman

The Details

The session will start with “soft start transition” breath work on dry land, and then in the water for anything between 20-40 mins depending on the person. In the water we will explore effective acclimatisation, a holistic approach to open water swim stroke (breast stroke and front crawl) technique and cover basic safety skills. On exiting the water Dan will lead you through his “integrated recovery” exercises which are designed to re-warm and re-circulate blood flow effectively.
