Summer Day Retreat - Sunday, June 23rd

The Details

In line with the energy of summer solstice, this day will be higher intensity. We’ll begin with an energising yoga class and breathwork session and head right down to the sea for wild swimming and time in the sauna. Following a seasonal lunch, we’ll take a hill walk (about 30 mins) that will offer stunning views of the loch. We’ll close the day with a deeply nourishing yin yoga practice, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and reconnected. All levels very welcome but you may enjoy the yoga practice more if you’ve been to a few yoga classes previously. 9:00 - 9:30am ~ Arrive 9:30 - 11am ~ Energising Yoga + Breathwork 11am - 1:30pm ~ Walk down to the sea for sauna and cold plunge 2-3pm ~ Lunch 3 - 4pm ~ Hill walk 4- 5:30 ~ Yin Yoga
